HMI Systems
We can create beautiful, highly user friendly HMIs that are rich in application specific information regarding the line, like production data, downtime, alarms etc. We tailor each HMI design based on the operator requirements of the line, since they are the ones interacting with it the most.
PLC Programming
PLC programming is the heart of all automation equipment. We provide PLC programming services for all major PLC manufacturers like Rockwell, Omron, Siemens etc. Depending on the facility technicians' comfort level, we can program in all the IEC 61131 languages including ladder, structured text, function block diagram etc.
Safety System Integration
We provide end-to-end safety solutions for your equipment including risk assessment, design and procurement of safety devices (like safety PLC/relays, light curtains, gate switch etc), and integration all based on the safety category the application requires. We will program the devices and work with PSHSR personnel to make sure your operators are safe at all times.
Integration
Once the equipment is ready to be integrated, we can take care of all the field wiring on-site. Once powered up, we specialize in debugging and setting up all devices of the line to get you on the way to production as quickly as possible. Even after FAT, we can provide extended support for adding features or improving the equipment based on operator input.
